    Our first session is a comprehensive intake where we sit together for 75 minutes and go deep. This is your time to be heard. I’ll take the time to understand you + your story - your health history, background, symptoms, and daily patterns - so we can see the whole picture, not just isolated parts.

    No two plans are alike - because no two bodies are the same. Each protocol is built around your unique needs and may include nutrition and supplement guidance, herbal support, recipes, nervous system practices, and even book or podcast recommendations to support your healing from every angle. In this one-time session, we’ll sit together for 60 minutes and go deep into your health story, uncovering the patterns shaping your energy, metabolism, digestion, and nervous system. You’ll leave with a personalized holistic protocol - including nutrition, herbs, rituals, and lifestyle support - so you know exactly which actions to take.

  • For refining, adjusting, and staying accountable. Together, we’ll track your progress, troubleshoot challenges, and fine-tune your plan so it continues to meet your body’s needs and your season of life.

I don’t diagnose or treat disease, but I offer personalized guidance that supports your body’s natural ability to find balance - using food, lifestyle, and nervous system support as tools.

  • I specialize in metabolic health, digestion, and nervous system regulation - but I also work with clients on energy, mood, hormone balance, burnout recovery, and building sustainable routines. If you’re feeling off but don’t know where to start, or if you’ve tried everything and are not making progress, you’re in the right place.

  • Not at all. Many of my clients don’t have a formal diagnosis - just a feeling that something’s not quite right. This work is for anyone who wants to feel better in their body and build a supportive rhythm that actually lasts.

  • No cookie-cutter meal plans here. Instead, I create a personalized protocol that include food + recipe suggestions, daily rituals, lifestyle practices, and other tools - all tailored to you, your goals, and your real life.

  • Not at this time. Holistic Nutrition is not currently covered under most extended health plans. That said, some clients are able to use wellness or health spending accounts - I recommend checking with your company to see what’s possible.

  • Sessions are held virtually, so we can work together from anywhere in the world. You can show up from your kitchen table, your sofa, or wherever feels most comfortable.
